1. A non-refundable booking deposit of  $25-$50 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service.

2. We are located in Union, New Jersey.

3. We only accept CASH for the remaining balance.  

​

4. In the event of a "No call No show", you will receive a FULL service charge, in addition to  denial of future appointments. Because we value our Glam Squads' time and craft, there will be a fee of $30 if you are 30 minutes late. After 30 minutes without any notification, your appointment will be canceled, with an option to reschedule based upon availability. Each client will have one time to reschedule/cancel appointment within 24hours of appointment. We ask that you please be consider of other people's time.

 5. We do not service installments that were not done by The Hair Mafia.

6. Extra guests are not allowed in the boutique during your appointment to ensure comfortability of other clients. This includes children, pets, etc.

7. We ask that you please arrive ready for service. This includes a fresh clean face, free of makeup, and clean blow dried unbraided hair. 

​

8. We like to create content for our soical media. Pictures and video recording will take place during and after services. 

​

9. Please consult with us before removing lace frontal. We are not responsible for any damages done to hair once leaving our boutique.

10. All sales are FINAL.
